MDF   (Medium Density Fiberboard) is made of wood fibers or other plant fibers, prepared from fibers, pressurized synthetic resin, and pressed into a board under heating and pressure. According to the density, it can be divided into: high-density fiberboard, medium-density fiberboard, low-density fiberboard (the density of medium-density fiberboard is 650 kg/m3 - 800 kg/m3, and the density of high-density fiberboard is ≥ 800 kg/m3). The national standard (GB/T 11718-2009) is divided into: ordinary MDF, furniture MDF and load-bearing MDF. According to the usage, it can be divided into: furniture board, floor base material, door board base material, electronic circuit board, milling board, moisture-proof board, fireproof board and line board, etc. The commonly used formats are 1220mm*2440mm and 1830mm*2440mm. The formaldehyde content of E2 grade is 10-30 mg/100 g, which is in line with domestic environmental protection standards.  The formaldehyde content of E1 grade is less than or equal to 1.5 mg/100 g, which is in line with European environmental protection standards.  The formaldehyde content of E0 grade is less than or equal to 0.5 mg/100 g, which is the most environmentally friendly world-class standard.
