1. Appearance. Checking the product brand logo, the color of high-quality particle board is uniform. There is no obvious color difference and no points, block spots. Checking in the bright place, to see whether there are dry flowers, wet flowers, air bubbles, bulging and other problems, in a darker place, tilt the plate to check whether the surface is smooth or not and whether there are obvious seams and deformation problems.


2. Thickness and layer. A good substrate has a uniform thickness, good layering, no voids and overlaps. Secondly, depending on the thickness and material, measure the thickness of the board, the thickness of particle board is 15-18MM.


3. Product weight. Different density has different weight. Heavy plate not means high quality and it must be checked in combination with the actual situation.
