2. Check whether the amount of film faced plywood glue is enough, first saw the building template into wooden strips with a width of 4CM and a length of 40CM, unscrew it by hand, and see if the raw material in the middle is wire-drawn. If the dough is separated from the dough, it means the glue The amount is not enough, it is easy to crack during use, and it cannot be reused many times.

 

3. Check whether the toughness is enough, and see how the board is flexible. Pick a template at random, one end is high and the other is low, stand on it and keep stepping on it. If the template has too obvious cracking sound, it means that the interior of the template is not complete. core material.

 

4. Check the faults and hollow cores, saw the film faced plywood, and see if the faults and hollow cores in the middle are very large. If the faults and hollow cores are large, bulging and cracking are likely to occur.
