How to distinguish between good and bad building templates

 1.     Hammer

Use a hammer with a small round head to slam the surface of the building formwork, and observe the concave surface of the building formwork. The building formwork of good quality has dents, but there will be no cracks.


 

2.     listen

Pick a template at random, and people stand on it and keep stepping on it to see how flexible the board is. If the template has too obvious cracking sound, it means that the interior of the template is not a whole core material.

 

3.     Screw

Saw the template into wooden strips with a width of 4CM and a length of 40CM, and unscrew it by hand to see if the raw material in the middle is wire-drawing. If the dough is separated from the dough, it means that the amount of template glue is not enough.

 

4.     Boil

Boil in water, check the adhesive force, put the sample in boiling water and cook for two hours to check the adhesive force of the template.
