The drying of building film-covered panels generally uses earth kiln drying technology, and the wood is dried in earth kilns, which reduces costs. Then, during the firing of the kang, some of the materials have already been roasted, but some have not yet, so a drying process is required, using steam drying. Before finishing, a second microwave drying is required to evenly evaporate the water from the inside to the outside, so that the wood will not crack, deform or damage the internal stress of the wood due to the rapid heat and cold. Architectural laminate has a mirror-like polyester overlay, so its surface is hard and smooth, strong, durable, and can be demolded without applying any release agent. At the same time, its abrasion resistance is stronger, which is dozens of times that of ordinary phenolic impregnated paper coated laminates.
