Comparison of Advantages between Wooden Cylindrical Formwork and FRP Formwork

图片
FRP cylindrical formwork take high-strength resin as the cementitious material, alkali-free glass fiber cloth and carbon fiber cloth as reinforcement materials. The assembly consists of a cylindrical FRP panel and steel upper and lower column hoops. Wooden cylindrical formwork  is composed of three or more curved-shaped formwork pieces combined together, with raised grooves at the interface of the formwork to ensure tight integration, preventing grout leakage and providing stability and reinforcement. When installing the formwork with additional positioning and fixing, it ensures that the impact of the concrete on the formwork will not cause it to burst. The following is an objective analysis of the advantages to help customers make choice. Advantages of FRP cylindrical formwork: 1.Lightweight, low material cost, and good toughness and impact resistance. 2. It does not require construction machinery during assembly and use, and can be assembled by 2-3 people. 3. The vertical direc...

Sanding Method for Decorative Panel

图片
There are various methods available for   sanding decorative panels , let’s learn about them. During the manufacturing process, sanding techniques can be employed to treat decorative panels. This technique is constantly being improved and optimized. For medium-density fiberboard (MDF) in particular, sanding is primarily aimed at removing the soft pre-cured layer on the surface of the board, resulting in a flat, sturdy, and smooth decorative panel that meets thickness tolerance requirements. The sanding process is typically divided into three steps: coarse sanding, fine sanding, and precision sanding. Coarse sanding involves a larger amount of sanding, almost completely removing the pre-sanding layer, and the waste can be conveniently recycled as raw materials. A sanding machine with sanding frames on both sides can independently complete the sanding process, and the waste can be collected and transported centrally. After the fine sanding process, the fine powder waste generated by ...
