Advantages of Film Faced Plywood

图片
Advantages of   film faced plywood : 1. Corrosion resistance: no pollution to the concrete surface. 2. Light weight: easier to use in high-rise buildings and bridge construction. 3. Good thermal insulation: it is beneficial for construction in winter, and can be used as a curved plane formwork. 4. High reuse times: it can be used more than 12 times in the correct storage and use. 5. Concrete pouring: The surface of the plywood is smooth and beautiful, which reduced the secondary plastering process of the wall, it can be directly veneered and decorated to saving the construction period by 30%. 6. Good construction performance: nailing, sawing, drilling, etc. of film faced plywood are superior to bamboo plywood and small steel plates, and it can be processed into various shapes of templates according to construction needs. 7. Large format: the maximum format of film faced plywood is 2440*1220, 915*1830mm, which reduces the number of joints and improves the work efficiency of formwork. ZM

What is the Reason for the Deformation of the Building Formwork

图片
Building wooden formwork , which is made of high-quality birch, poplar and other boards, and the surface is treated with waterproof phenolic resin impregnated paper. It is used for shear walls, vertical wall panels and dams, tunnels and overpasses, arch bridges, beams etc.. What may cause to deformed of construction wooden formwork? 1. The assembly of small steel molds that not set up according to the regulations, which resulting in poor overall performance of the building. 2. The foundation where the formwork is placed is unstable, and poor waterproof measures cause the foundation to sink. 3. The concrete is not poured in time after wooden formwork accepted, and the surface is deformed due to long-term sun and rain. 4. If the support distance between formwork is too large which may beyond pressed ability. 5. The speed of pouring concrete for walls and columns is too fast, the pouring height is too high, and the vibration is excessive.

Film Faced Plywood: Lamination Process

图片
Film faced plywood   is covering a good wood-based board with a layer of film-coated paper on the plywood then heating and pressing the film-coated paper and wood-based board. The surface of the film faced plywood is smooth, bright, waterproof, and fireproof. It has excellent durability (weather resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance) and strong antifouling ability.  The lamination process is a post-printing surface processing process, also known as post-press overmolding, post-print placement or post-press film. It is processing technology that uses a laminating machine to cover a layer of transparent plastic film with a thickness of 0.012-0.020mm on the surface of the printed matter to form a paper-plastic integration. Generally speaking, according to the process used, it can be divided into two types: coating and pre-coating; according to the different film materials, it can be divided into bright film and matt film.
