OSB Board

OSB is short of oriented strand board, also called oriented fiberboard. It is made of 100% logs, peeled, sliced, and processed along the direction of the wood grain to grow into wood chips of 40mm-120mm, width 5mm-20mm, and thickness 0.3mm-0.7mm. Then, do high-temperature drying, added high-performance glue and waterproof, layer them according to their latitude and longitude directions, and are made under high temperature and high pressure.


OSB adopts solid wood lamination technology and "zero formaldehyde" technology, it not only retains the natural characteristics of wood, but also endows OSB board with more excellent characteristics than solid wood. It has some advantages such as high bending strength, strong moisture resistance, small linear expansion coefficient, stable size, uniform material, nail holding force, strong impact resistance, easy processing, etc.
