What materials are used to produce plywood?

Plywood formwork is a relatively low-cost, lightweight, flexible, warping and cracking resistance building material that provides a high-quality concrete cast surface. What materials are used to produce plywood?

1. The foundation plywood is made of pine wood, poplar wood, and eucalyptus wood. The thickness of the side plate of the floor beam is 20mm.

a. Pine is better for ordinary plywood because it is not easy to deformation with high strength.

b. Poplar is basically used for film-faced plywood, which is widely applied in projects with high requirements.

c.  Eucalyptus is a little more brittle. Plywood formwork of all eucalyptus is relatively few, and its weight is heavier than pine.

2, The main beam, bottom plywood and floor plywood use 9 Feet Plywood Board, with a thickness of 12mm.

3. The supporting system is made of fir logs with a small head diameter of no less than 70mm, and the bottom supporting system is supported by steel pipes.

4, Plywood and support system shall not select brittle, severely distorted, and damp deformation wood.
