How to Test Particle Board by Appearance and Packaging

It is necessary to do inspection after get product, it is the same to particle board. Today, ZMADTO will introduce you how to carry out inspection from the aspects of product packaging and appearance.



Product appearance inspection:

1. The cross-section of the particle board should not have the edge collapse, the depth of the depression should be within 1mm and the area should be less than 2mm.


2. Check if the veneer has missing corners, blistering, scratches, etc.


3. Whether the surface of the particle board is smooth and if there is obvious color difference which can be irradiated with 60W light.


4. Taking some sheets to see if there are stones, iron nails, etc. inside the material. The product package inspection is mainly observed with eyes, and the product appearance inspection can take samples to inspection.
