Three types of cleaning methods for stainless steel angle bar

There are three types of cleaning methods for stainless steel angle bar: mechanical method, physical method and chemical method. 　　

 

1. The mechanical method is to use various manual and power tools or different types of mechanical equipment to generate pressure, impact, shear, grinding and other forces to act on the castings to achieve the purpose of cleaning. 　

 

2. The physical method is to use arc, plasma, laser, ultrasonic and shock wave to clean the casting. 　　

 

3. The chemical method is to use hydrofluoric acid to dissolve silicon dioxide and salt solution electrolysis to remove the sticky sand of small and medium-sized castings; some metals are also oxidized and gas-cut by intense oxidation at high temperatures.
